Our goal in creating healthy products for our horses is to not only provide them with basic nutrition needed to sustain them, but to create feed that recognizes the unique digestive process of the equine.
In doing so, we improve their chances of fulfilling the goals we set for them. Why would we feed our animals inferior products that will complicate their digestion and devalue their quality of life?
As humans, we recognize for example the difference between junk food and a meal of balanced organic food. If we regularly ate the human version of by-product, which dominates normal horse feed, we could not expect to have a healthy quality of life. Why then would we give our animals inferior products and expect them to perform at a high level?
